BIOGRAPHY

Ashley Kissick is the Lead Data Scientist of the Precision Agriculture team at Bayer Crop Science. Under her leadership, the team delivers $15 million in annual savings by providing model-based seed density recommendations to Bayer seed production fields, the largest farm in the world. 

Ashley is actively shaping the technical research vision for an in-season prescription program for Bayer production fields. Her experience spans leadership and active contribution in global teams, developing advanced data and model-based solutions for agriculture and environmental sciences.
