Jared Criscuolo is a three-time entrepreneur and the founder of Upcycle and Company, whose ventures form a deliberate arc focused on improving watershed health. From co-founding Below the Surface, where he built an underwater mapping platform with leading outdoor brands and federal agencies, to founding Rising Tide Partners, helping municipalities secure clean water infrastructure funding, each chapter deepened his commitment to protecting waterways.

Jared now leads a diverse team developing multi-mode-of-action soil and plant health technologies derived from food, agricultural, and aquaculture waste streams that enhance fertilizer efficiency and keep nutrients in the root zone.
