Jerry Bilicek is the Commercial Advisor to Jupiter Volta, supporting North American commercialisation of PlasmaForge plasma nitric acid technology for fertilizer production. His work includes specialty fertilizer manufacturing, supply chain architecture, and industrial capital project development across agribusiness and industrial processing operations.

Jerry brings over 45 years of experience in industrial project development and agribusiness operations. He serves as the Co-Principal and Operating Sponsor at Fortier Industrial Group, supporting the redevelopment of Cornerstone Energy Park as a nitrogen-sulfur fertilizer production platform for Gulf Coast industrial operations.
