Vanessa Adams is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Level4 International, a consultancy advancing sustainable agrifood systems, inclusive economic growth, and strategic partnerships. Her work draws on over 25 years of experience developing agricultural value chains, international trade, food systems, and women's economic empowerment.

Vanessa has led initiatives that strengthen smallholder farmer productivity, expand market access, grow agribusiness investment, and build resilient supply chains. Her earlier role as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at AGRA included leading a $500 million transformation strategy supporting digital agriculture and climate-smart solutions.
